Shipping policy
1. Shipping Rates & Options
- Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
- $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping is available for all other orders.
- Expedited Two-Day shipping is available for $19.95.
- Expedited One-Day shipping is available for $29.95.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from shipment.
- Expedited Two-Day shipping typically takes 2–3 business days from shipment.
- Expedited One-Day shipping typically takes 1–2 business days from shipment.
3. Order Processing
Delivery time is counted from the date the order ships, not the date it is placed. Most orders ship the following business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will generally ship the next business day, subject to item availability and payment verification.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. Deliveries do not require a signature and will be left at the delivery location if no one is present.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Jones New York is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
6. Partial Shipments
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than the amount displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Washington DC, Hawaii, and Alaska.
